My relationship with Mr. Robles comes from the time that I worked as a Senior Project Manager in the area of special foundations at GRUPO ACS DRAGADOS SA, the most FIRST Spanish company and one of the most relevant worldwide in the construction industry.
We were invited to offer one of the greatest foundation projects in the building sector in Spain, led by Mr. Robles. The goal of the project was to build 40,000 linear meters piling in different types and sizes, from 0,45 up to 1 meter of diameter, just in a four months schedule. That was the first project of a long term partnership between the companies that we both belonged.
I can say after my experience working closely with Carlos Robles, that in addition to his technical knowledge required to lead such complicated projects, he was brilliant for negotiation, management, planning and control of all projects carried out. His skills in team leading and handling all project stages properly in time, anticipating potential risks and solving correctly unforeseen problems were remarkable.
